1.1 Introduction
Welcome to Travel8.in, owned and operated by Adya Vaikuntha Global (OPC) Private Limited, an Indian private limited company. By accessing or using Travel8.in, engaging with our representatives, submitting queries, receiving quotes, or making bookings through us, you (“User”, “Customer”, “Partner”, or “Visitor”) acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. This document governs all interactions across B2C (customers), B2B (suppliers), and B2B2C (agents/partners).
1.2 Nature of Services: Aggregator & Facilitator
Travel8.in operates as a travel aggregator, booking facilitator, service coordinator and intermediary authorized by customers to arrange travel services. Travel8.in does NOT own, operate or control airlines, hotels, transport operators, activity providers, DMCs, visa/immigration authorities, insurance providers, or other suppliers. All service fulfilment is provided by independent third-party suppliers. Travel8.in coordinates and books services on behalf of the customer, strictly based on customer-confirmed choices.
By making a booking, the customer acknowledges that travel involves risks including delays, illness, accidents, loss, political instability, and other unforeseen events. The customer voluntarily assumes all such risks
1.3 Booking Process, Suggestions & Customer Decision
Travel8.in will suggest options and recommend suppliers, but the final decision always rests with the customer. Travel8.in proceeds with bookings only after receiving the customer’s explicit confirmation via email, WhatsApp/text, voice call, chat or other official channels. Travel8.in will act on the customer’s instructions and will not be responsible for consequences arising from the customer’s selections.
Travel8.in may record approval messages, chats, emails, or call confirmations for verification and security purposes. These records shall be considered valid proof of customer agreement in case of disputes.
1.4 Payments, Pricing & Refund Rules
All payments for bookings made through Travel8.in are collected by Adya Vaikuntha Global (OPC) Private Limited. After payment is received, Travel8.in will book services with third-party suppliers. Prices and availability are set by suppliers and may change. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the actual supplier’s policies. Travel8.in may charge service or processing fees which may be non-refundable. Travel8.in does not store payment card numbers or CVV; payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant payment gateways or suppliers as applicable.
Travel8.in is not liable for:
● Incorrect payments sent by the customer to the wrong account
● Payment delays caused by banks or partners
● Payment failures due to technical issues
● Duplicate payments made by customer or partner
● Incorrect remittance by B2B2C partners
● Any financial loss caused by partner/freelancer handling money
Responsibility lies entirely with the payer or the B2B2C partner handling funds.
Travel8.in is not responsible for any failed, delayed, or reversed transactions caused by payment gateways, banks, or third-party processors.
Payment Terms. All amounts are payable in INR (unless otherwise stated). The payer is responsible for timely payment and any bank or conversion charges. If a Partner collects funds, the Partner is the payer from Travel8.in’s perspective until funds are remitted. Travel8.in will initiate approved refunds within 12 – 60 business days, but actual receipt is subject to the supplier/payment processor and banks. Travel8.in may deduct reasonable processing fees,reversal charges or taxes from any refund.
Refund initiation & timeline
We will initiate supplier-approved refunds within 12 business days of receiving supplier confirmation. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payer but actual receipt depends on banks/payment processors and may take up to 60 business days. Any non-refundable fees and bank charges will be stated clearly in the booking confirmation.
1.5 No Liability for Supplier Services
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travel8.in, AVG, the founder, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and associates are not liable for: delays, cancellations, rescheduling, overbooking, denial of boarding or check-in, quality or safety of services provided by third-party suppliers, loss, theft or damage to personal property, injuries, medical emergencies, visa or immigration rejections, weather or force majeure events, or any consequential losses or damages. Customers acknowledge that suppliers are responsible for actual service delivery.
Travel8.in, AVG, the founder, directors, employees, or associates shall not be responsible or liable for any misconduct, negligence, fraud, overcharging, misrepresentation, mistake, malpractice, or service failure committed by any supplier, partner, subcontractor, freelancer, travel agent, or any third party involved in providing services to the customer.
Customers agree that all disputes relating to service quality, overcharging, fraud, or contract violations by third-party providers shall be addressed directly with the respective third-party provider.
Travel8.in shall not be responsible for:
● Incorrect passport details
● Visa rejection
● Immigration delays
● Offloading by airport authorities
● Missing documents
● Incomplete paperwork
All document accuracy is the customer’s sole responsibility.
Any claim relating to injury, death, service failure, lost baggage, hotel incidents, theft, accident, attack, medical issue, or property damage shall be directed solely to the actual service provider.
1.6 No Claims / Indemnification Against Travel8.in or AVG
Customers, partners or suppliers shall not bring claims, indemnities, penalties, or legal actions seeking compensation from Travel8.in, AVG, its founder, employees or associates for any losses arising from supplier acts, partner conduct, customer choices, or external events. Travel8.in’s liability is limited to arrangements explicitly agreed in writing.
Under no circumstances shall Travel8.in’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer to Travel8.in for the specific booking in question.
Limitation of Liability (clarifying carve-out)
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Travel8.in’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid to Travel8.in for the relevant booking. This limitation shall not apply to liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to liability which cannot be limited by law.
1.7 Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide complete and accurate information, verify names, passport and visa details, review itineraries before confirmation, comply with supplier and local rules, obtain appropriate travel insurance, and follow health and safety recommendations. Travel8.in is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect customer-provided data.

Customers acknowledge that: Travel involves inherent risks, and all travel decisions are at their own risk and responsibility.
Travel Insurance. Customers are strongly advised, and in certain cases required, to obtain adequate travel, medical and activity-specific insurance. Travel8.in is not responsible for any costs or losses that would be covered by insurance.
1.8 Data, Privacy & Communications
Travel8.in collects and uses customer information for booking fulfilment, communication, customer support, and legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy (Section 2). By using our services you consent to such use and sharing with suppliers as necessary.
By making payment, sending confirmation over WhatsApp/email, or by using Travel8.in services, the customer provides full digital consent and agrees to all terms, even without a physical signature.
Digital records such as WhatsApp messages, emails, or call logs shall constitute legally binding proof of customer instructions, approvals, and confirmations.
Grievance Officer & Data Breach Notifications. Travel8.in designates a Grievance & Privacy Officer reachable at privacy@travel8.in. In the event of a personal data breach that causes or is likely to cause harm, Travel8.in will notify affected individuals and the applicable regulator in accordance with applicable law and within 72 hours of becoming aware, where feasible
1.9 Intellectual Property and Brand Protection
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software and materials on Travel8.in are the exclusive property of AVG or its licensors. Use of our intellectual property without written permission is prohibited. Travel8 is a registered or applied-for trademark.
1.10 Reputation Protection and Prohibited Conduct
Users, partners and suppliers shall not misrepresent Travel8.in, defame its brand, founder or employees, or publish false statements. Travel8.in reserves the right to take legal action against such conduct and to restrict platform access.
Any attempt to damage the reputation of Travel8.in, AVG, its founder, employees, or partners through social media, public reviews, defamation, or misinformation will be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may lead to legal action, including civil and criminal remedies.
1.11 Force Majeure
Travel8.in shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, riots, terrorism, network outages or other force majeure events.
1.12 B2B Supplier Terms
Suppliers (airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport companies, insurance providers, activity operators) are independent entities responsible for service delivery, compliance, safety, pricing, availability and refunds. Suppliers shall indemnify and hold harmless Travel8.in, AVG, its officers and employees from any claim arising from supplier acts or omissions. No supplier relationship creates an agency, partnership or joint venture.
Travel8.in is not responsible for verifying the legitimacy, licensing, insurance, compliance, or
operational capabilities of suppliers or B2B or B2B2C partners beyond basic due diligence.
If a supplier or partner commits fraud later, Travel8.in is NOT legally liable.
1.13 B2B and B2B2C Agency, Supplier & Partner Insurance & Indemnity
Each Supplier and B2B/B2B2C Partner shall maintain commercially reasonable insurance (including public liability, professional liability/errors & omissions and any industry-required insurance) and shall, upon request, produce certificates of insurance. Each Supplier and Partner shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Adya Vaikuntha Global (OPC) Private Limited, Travel8.in, and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all
claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to the Supplier’s or Partner’s acts, omissions, fraud, negligence, breach of contract, regulatory non-compliance, or violation of law.
Audit Rights. Travel8.in may, with reasonable notice, audit records of Suppliers or Partners
relating to bookings, payments and compliance. Partners/suppliers shall cooperate and provide
records requested for verification, subject to confidentiality protections.
1.14 B2B2C Partner / Agent / Freelancer Terms
Partners who source customers, white-label quotes or collect payments (agents, agencies,freelancers) operate independently. Partners are responsible for all communications with their customers, pricing and discounts they offer, collection and remittance of funds, tax compliance (GST/TDS), invoicing, and resolving disputes. If a partner collects payment from an end customer, Travel8.in is not responsible for that customer’s disputes until funds are received and bookings are confirmed by Travel8.in. Partners must indemnify Travel8.in and AVG against
claims arising from their actions. Unauthorized use of Travel8 branding is prohibited. No employment or agency relationship exists unless expressly agreed in writing.
All customers sourced by B2B2C partners are legally considered customers of the partner. Any disputes, refunds, cancellations, or grievances arising due to the partner’s promises, pricing, commitments, miscommunication, or mismanagement shall be handled solely between the partner and their customer.
Travel8.in is never liable for partner statements, commitments, or actions.
1.15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Before approaching courts, parties must attempt mediation or arbitration as per the Arbitration &
Conciliation Act, India.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts located at Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
1.16 Amendments Travel8.in reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at
any time. Revised terms will be posted on the website and continued use constitutes
acceptance.
1.17 Travel8.in does not guarantee:
● Lowest prices but best prices Travel8.in could offer
● Availability of 3rd party services
● Upgrades
● Seat/room preferences
● Specific hotel quality
● Accuracy of descriptions from suppliers
● Visa approvals
● Weather conditions
● Service timelines
1.18 Right to Refuse Services
Travel8.in reserves the right to refuse service to:
● Aggressive customers
● Fraudulent users
● Non-compliant B2B partners
● Users sharing fake documents
● Users violating law
1.19 As-Is Services
All services are provided on an “as-is” basis. No warranties or guarantees are given, explicitly or implicitly.
By booking with Travel8.in, the customer declares that all information provided is true and correct, and they understand and accept all risks associated with travel.
Users agree that any claim shall be brought only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class action, group litigation, or collective legal proceeding.
1.20 No Personal Liability of Founder / Director
In no event shall the Founder, Director, or any officer of Adya Vaikuntha Global (OPC) Private Limited—personally or professionally—be liable for any claims, damages, losses, disputes, or legal actions arising from the use of Travel8.in services or any travel bookings. All actions are taken by the company, and liabilities (if any) are limited strictly to the company entity and not to any individual associated with it.
Suspension & Termination. Travel8.in may suspend or terminate any Supplier/Partner or booking where there is suspected fraud, non-payment, reputational risk or non-compliance. In such events Travel8.in will endeavour to assist affected customers with alternatives but shall not be liable for supplier defaults beyond its direct acts or omissions.
